Lei Yao is the founder and managing director of Inestia Sàrl. Lei is a Swiss national originally from Shanghai, China. She moved to Switzerland in 2001 to continue her studies in an international school in Leysin. After completing a business administration degree in Geneva, She started working for Dukascopy Bank and soon became head of the Chinese desk. During her 9 years there, Lei used her marketing and sales skills to the fullest, successfully leading the Chinese team for the greater China market in becoming one of the bank's biggest markets. Dukascopy Bank is an online foreign exchange specialised bank based in Geneva, Switzerland.
